Individual design provides you with your own program carefully crafted according to your goals. This is NOT a cut-and-paste method.

Each ID member will receive full coaching guidance in and out of the gym — whether your goal is fat loss, athletic performance and development, increased muscle mass, or a combination of all, we will tailor a program suited for you and guide you throughout the process.

Our Semi Private Coaching provides you world-class service and programming at an affordable price. If you’re after results with a community focus and support, then this is the option for you.

Members can follow either our Rise or Thrive programming and get the personal attention of our professional coaches.

HOW IT WORKS.

We want you to get started with your fitness the right way.

As a world-class training facility, we believe that we have a responsibility to you, and to the fitness industry. That’s why we want to respect the process and make sure that you get started the right way. The pathway to progress is specific to your experience.

Step 1: GOAL SETTING AND ASSESSMENT — As a member, we want to make sure we’re crystal clear on exactly what you want to achieve during your time with us.

Step 2: TESTING AND ON-BOARDING — Depending on what you’re after, you will spend some 1:1 time with our coaches to ensure we know how you move, what your benchmarks are and how we can cater the group coaching or ID specific to you. These sessions are a graduation process. We want to make sure you can start your program or coaching in a safe manner.

Step 3: MENTORSHIP — At Op Meta, we believe that you must go through The Hero’s Journey and each hero needs a mentor. That’s why we assign a coach to mentor you throughout your journey so you have someone to keep accountable to at every step of the way.
